Having trouble logging in? Here are common solutions:

Forgot Password

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for reset link
  4. Create a new password
  5. Log in with new password

Email Not Verified

If you see "Please verify your email":

  1. Check your email inbox for verification link
  2. Click the verification link
  3. Try logging in again
  4. Still not working? Request a new verification email

Account Locked

After multiple failed login attempts:

  • Wait 15 minutes
  • Try again with correct password
  • Contact support if still locked

Browser Issues

Try these steps:

  1. Clear browser cache and cookies
  2. Try incognito/private mode
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Disable browser extensions temporarily
